About Milk & Mam
Milk & Mama is an online subscription community connecting mothers and parents with International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs). We operate as a platform — a space that brings members and IBCLC professionals together.

The Service
Your membership gives you access to an online community space where you can ask questions and receive support from qualified IBCLC lactation consultants, alongside resources and content related to breastfeeding and infant feeding.

Important: Not a Medical Service
Milk & Mama is a support community, not a medical service. The information and guidance shared by IBCLCs within our platform represents their own professional views and is their responsibility. Milk & Mama acts as a platform only and does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for individual advice given.

Nothing shared in the community should be taken as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP, midwife, health visitor, or another qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. In an emergency, call 999.

Eligibility
-You must be aged 18 or over
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- Your account is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred

Subscription and Payment
Milk & Mama is a monthly subscription that renews automatically from the date you join. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

We may update our pricing from time to time. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any change takes effect.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy for any reason, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked — as long as you contact us within the first 30 days of joining. Just email us at hello@milkandmama.co and we'll sort it. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds for partial months.

Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after that.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a membership if a member breaches these terms, in particular the community guidelines below.

Community Guidelines
Milk & Mama is a warm, supportive space. All members agree to:

• Treat other members and IBCLCs with kindness and respect

• Not promote products, services, or external businesses without our permission

• Respect other members' privacy — do not share anyone's posts or personal information outside the community

• Not post content that is offensive, harmful, or discriminatory

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend members who do not meet these standards.

IBCLC Responsibility
The IBCLCs who support members within Milk & Mama are independent freelance professionals, not employees or partners of Milk & Mama. Any guidance or information they share is their own professional responsibility. Milk & Mama is a platform only and is not liable for individual advice given by IBCLCs.

Intellectual Property
All Milk & Mama content — including resources, guides, and branded materials — remains our property and may not be copied or shared outside the community without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us licence to display it within the platform.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Milk & Mama is not liable for any health outcomes arising from information shared in the community, or for advice given by independent IBCLC contributors. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
